These terms apply to your use of SnagLedger (https://snagledger.com), a website run by an individual based in India. In these terms, "SnagLedger" means the site and its operator. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

SnagLedger publishes information and opinions about tech deals. SnagLedger doesn't sell anything. Every purchase happens on a third-party site, usually Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. SnagLedger tries to be accurate, but deals change fast. Prices, discounts, coupons and stock can change or end at any time, sometimes before the site can be updated. So:
- The price and terms shown by the retailer when you buy are the ones that apply. Always check them before you buy.
- SnagLedger doesn't guarantee that any deal is available, accurate, complete or the lowest price anywhere.
- Descriptions and opinions on SnagLedger are for general information only. They aren't professional advice, and you decide whether a product is right for you.
- SnagLedger doesn't make, sell or service any of the products it mentions. Product warranties come from the manufacturer or seller.

SnagLedger links to sites it doesn't control, including Amazon. SnagLedger isn't responsible for their content, products, prices, privacy practices or availability. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The writing, design, logo and selection of deals on SnagLedger belong to SnagLedger or are used with permission. You're welcome to read and share links to its pages, and to quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Please don't copy whole pages, republish its content in bulk, or scrape the site without written permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
6. Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site. That includes:
- disrupting or overloading it
- trying to get unauthorised access

That includes lost savings, lost profits and losses from purchases on third-party sites. If SnagLedger is found liable for anything, its total liability is limited to INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded where you live.
9. Changes
SnagLedger may update these terms and will revise the effective date above when it does. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. However, if you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
